Returns & Exchanges

Processing, Shipping & Handling

We will make every effort to ship all orders within 24-48 hours of receipt excluding some federal holidays. Orders received over the weekend will be processed on Monday.

All gift orders are shipped UPS Ground Service to the US only, unless otherwise specified.  The shipping charges listed below reflect shipping on items purchased through the website only.  Shipping costs on purchases made in store and by phone may vary.

All shipments must be made to a physical address.  Please note, all shipments exceeding $500 in value must be made to a physical address with someone present to sign for the package.


UPS Ground:  $15 flat rate
All jewelry is insured and shipped via FedEx Overnight or FedEx Second Day.
FedEx Overnight:  $30 flat rate
FedEx Second Day:  $20 flat rate
Overnight shipping is not available to Alaska or Hawaii.  There is also an additional charge of $20 for orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii.  


Sales tax

Sales tax is automatically applied to your order in accordance with South Carolina state regulations. If the shipping zip code is located outside of South Carolina, SC State Sales Tax will not be applied to your purchase.



Gift Certificates

Gift cards purchased online may be redeemed at  The gift certificate will be emailed to the purchaser with instructions on how to redeem.  No sales tax is charged when buying a gift certificate. The appropriate sales tax will be charged on the purchase when the gift certificate is redeemed.  It is the recipient's responsibility to keep track of gift certificates. 


Please call or email us if you would like to purchase a gift certificate to be redeemed in our 308 King Street location. These certificates will be for in store use only.


Returns & Exchanges

If for any reason you wish to return or exchange unworn merchandise, you may do so within 10 days of your purchase date.  You will be refunded the full amount of the item plus any incurred tax in the form of a refund, exchange or store credit.  All returned merchandise should be in the same condition in which it was received with the tags in place.  Merchandise that has been altered or sized may not be returned or exchanged.  All items must be returned in a secure, insured package and accompanied with the original receipt.  The customer remains responsible for both outgoing and incoming shipping charges, both of which are non-refundable. All sale items, personalized items and special order merchandise are considered final sale.


How to return: 

Please email within 3 days of receiving your shipment and explain the nature of the return.  We will provide you with a Return Authorization number after your return has been approved.  Please write the RA# on the outside of the box when shipping a return.  Packages will not be accepted without a RA# and a copy of the original sales receipt.  Please keep your RA# for your records as it will be needed to check the status of your return.
