If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Refunds will be credited to the same form of payment in your original purchase. Please allow 30 days for the credit to appear on your billing statement. An exchange for an online purchase can be made within 7 days if you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
