Trunk Show featuring Elizabeth Locke Jewels & an exciting announcement!

We are thrilled to be hosting an Elizabeth Locke Jewels Trunk Show on Thursday, May 23 and Friday, May 24. Her incredible attention to detail will be on display in all of its 19 karat gold glory at 308 Wonderful King Street from 10:00 am until 5:00 pm. Look for her colorful menagerie of Venetian glass pieces as well as one-of-a-kind Staffordshire crystal pieces and 19th century micromosaics.

Speaking of micromosaics… A couple weeks ago, Rhett was honored to be a guest at the opening of a new exhibition featuring Elizabeth Locke’s personal collection of over 90 micro-masterpieces on display at the Virginia Museum of Fine Art in Richmond. “A Return to the Grand Tour: Micromosaic Jewels from the Collection of Elizabeth Locke” is a feast for the eyes! Every piece is exquisite and the presentation, magnificent.

If you are in Charleston, you will have a chance to see this exhibit in person. We are elated to announce that The Gibbes Museum of Art will be bringing this exhibition to Charleston in January 2020! This has us bursting with excitement! Aren’t you?
